Please don’t add important documents, IDs, financial or medical records, or passwords. Keep those in your own secure storage. Our Records Guide explains how.

Your account and memories are stored with our hosting and database provider (Lovable Cloud). Your memories are private to your account.

No ads. We never sell your information. We don’t share your information with professionals who referred you to Plans & Keepsakes.

To delete your account, email terry@signedontime.com from your account email address. Download anything you want to keep first.

If a professional fills out our partner interest or signup form, we collect their name, business, email and phone to follow up. We don’t sell it, and it isn’t connected to any family’s account.

If you sign in and consent to tailor the After a Loss checklist, your general circumstance description is sent through Lovable AI Gateway to generate suggestions. Do not include identifiers, documents, or detailed medical or financial information. Expense entries, call details, and memories are not sent with that request. We do not save descriptions or suggestions to your account. Technical service logs may be handled by Lovable AI. Checklist progress and expense entries remain on the current page and clear when you leave or refresh; you can download expenses yourself.

Plans & Keepsakes is for adults. Parents may add memories about their children.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
