Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
Plans & Keepsakes is operated by OPERATOR NAME TBD. By creating an account or using Plans & Keepsakes, you agree to these terms.
1. What Plans & Keepsakes is
Plans & Keepsakes offers guided playbooks, First Calls, checklists, the Records Guide, and a private place for your memories: photos, videos, interview recordings, letter drafts, milestones, a baby book, and a home inventory.
Plans & Keepsakes is not a place for important documents, and it does not offer emergency access, sharing with other people, or delivery of messages to anyone.
2. Not professional advice
Playbooks and guides are general organizing guidance, not legal, financial, medical or insurance advice. Plans & Keepsakes has no legal or medical authority, and nothing in it makes a document valid or gives anyone permission to act for someone else. Talk to a qualified professional about your situation.
3. Your account
- Give accurate sign-in information and keep your password to yourself.
- Tell us at terry@signedontime.com if you think someone else has used your account.
- Only add content you have the right to add.
4. Your content and storage
You own what you add. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. Your memories are private to your account.
We may limit how much you can store and which file types and sizes you can add. We do not promise that the service or your content will always be available. Keep your own copies of anything important.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OPERATOR NAME TBD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or revenue.
Our total liability for any claim related to these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
6. Ending your account
You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing terry@signedontime.com. Download anything you want to keep first. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
8. Changes
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Plans & Keepsakes means you accept the updated terms.
